In January 2001, he averted a terrorist plot to blow up Jamia Masjid of Dhoke Gujran at Misrial Road, Rawalpindi where he caught the terrorist planting the bomb red-handed in the mosque’s basement and stopped him. 

5 years later, his two sons (aged 16 and 14) was kidnapped as revenge. The 16 year old was pushed through a sawing machine alive because his father could not pay the huge ransom being demanded. His second son (14 and also kidnapped) was forced to see his brother being sawed in to pieces. He was injected with intoxicating medicines that gave him blood cancer!

After a long pause, the captors contacted me on my mobile phone at 4 p.m. in the last week of November 2006 and said that I had cheated them and played smart against them, saying that as a reprimand, they are sending me the dead body of my son. They asked me to lift the remains of my son in a gunny bag from Shally Valley at Misrial Road. I took some neighbours with me without informing police, as police was not cooperating with me, and traced the gunny bag at about 9 p.m. lying in the low-lying area with a CD. He was my eldest son, 16-year-old Mohammad Yaseen Anwar who was slaughtered and cut into pieces. They also sent a video in which they captured the scenes of slaughtering and sawing. They put Yaseen alive on the saw-machine (wood-sawing machine) and sawed him into two pieces from middle of his head in front of my younger son 14-year-old Faizullah.

in 2011, Shamsul Anwar’s 14-year-old daughter, Madina Anwar, was kidnapped by the same band of inhuman terrorists who have given her father a deadline of January 12, 2012 to pay Rs1.8 million or else she will also be sent in pieces to her father like her brother was almost 6 years ago. 

Please help spread the word and awareness about this heinous and inhuman torture that a patriot and savior of this country is going through. He ‘fault’ being that he helped save lives and has been made to suffer - with little or no help from the government or authorities!

My Take: Our Police, courts and everything is useless. Just Junk. They cant help us, they will protect us. Huh!

• Ronaq e Qainat an NGO working in Islamabad and Pindi have also ventured to collect funds.
• Consensus is that no money should be transferred to Shamsul Anwar’s bank account directly.
• Ask friends to remove information about his contact and bank details from the public domain. If word of these efforts goes public, the kidnappers will raise the amount, or refuse to negotiate to bring it down. Plus it will encourage kidnappings for ransom that finance terrorism.
• Ansar Burney is involved in the negotiations now and we should let him deal with it, and support him, rather than try and be involved directly as private citizens.
• Welfare Dir at GHQ. They are coordinating efforts for Shams ul Anwar along with his unit 24 Balouch. 
• Friends please DO NOT CALL Shamsul Anwar, since his number was shared in The News article it has spread like wildfire, and in turn he has panicked at receiving too many calls, mostly by well wishers meaning well, but in all honesty he needs his PHONE FREE to actually receive the ALL IMPORTANT CALL from the kidnappers
• Also, There is an Update from Ansar Burney Trust: “No donations are needed for the time being. We are negotiating, please do not use my account or Shamsul Anwar’s account as this could hamper the recovery process. Also, please don’t call Shamsul Anwar as they’re waiting for the kidnappers call. However, please keep the money on standby in case it is needed but please do NOT make any transactions right now.”
• SHO Westridge CONFIRMS Madina has been recovered safely. She is the daughter of Shamsul Anwar who was kidnapped by terrorist. She is now free from their captivity. Alhamdulillah. Share it to let everyone know!

Justice Prevails

Last year on 15th August 2010 two Sialkot brothers were brutally murdered in open public in the presence of Police, this was the most shameful act that has ever been done by sialkoti’s.

The two brothers were named Mughis and Muneeb aka The Butt Brothers, they belonged to one of the most respectable family of Sialkot and were very kind and humble. One of them was a Hafiz and they were quite young maybe aged under 18 both of them. They loved to play cricket. and this was the craze which brought them near to their death. It was Ramadan when one day both the boys got up early in the morning and got ready for a cricket match, they met their mother and left their home, while they were on the way, they got involved in an incident.  Their are many voices to what happened. 

i.e. few said that while they were on the way they heard some one shouting for help, and they went to rescue him and found him dead later people saw them there and caught them and labelled them as murderers.

few said that they were very quarrelsome and they intentionally killed a boy and tried to loot him. 

whatever was the story, mob of huge men surrounded them and in open street they started beating them, when they got tired, they picked up wooden logs and started hitting them with this, after that they hurled stones at them and when the completely died, they were tied at the back of a lorry and were moved around the city to spread terror. This all happened infront of Police but they encouraged people to beat them. 

I was so much broken up by this cause, was totally saddened up as to what happened was never right, even if they were robbers they were not to be beaten like this, this was all Inhumane. I cried though and didn’t fast that day as i saw their video of being beaten up till death, i wasn’t able to eat that whole day. 

I visited their family few times and it was really sad to see their parents waiting for justice, they enquiry commission was set up and then it took an year till this day, they had been doing hearing and hearings again and again. 

But just today. Right now. Justice has been delivered, which was in their fate. 

Some 23 persons were arrested and Death Sentence for 7, life sentence for 6 and 10 Police officers are sentenced 3 years

Huh we forgot all! But not this time atleast not HEC

If we go back till 2010, can we still remember whatever had happened and we took no action, did stikes, demonstrations, Protests and much more.. But we never got a result. I hope you may remember but let me remind you again of few such Incidents for which we stood up to Protest but we never got what we Protested for,  On the TOP I believe is the Incident of the 2 INNOCENT BROITHERS MURDERED IN SIALKOT, Then we get MUKHTARA MAI, Then its never the less AFIA SUDDIQI, ASIA BIBI’S Case and how can we ever forget SALMAN TASEER who got killed for his words..sick and Then comes RAYMOND DEVIS, the killer guy, Then is very Respected Shahbaz Bhatti.
