3 Attacks on Shias in one day - #ShiaGenocide

I pray all these targeted killings stop, peace needs a chance. 

Just from last 2 days we all had been so worried about the daughter of the guy called Shamsul Anwar, he had a great story to tell us all that what he did for the nation and what is being done with him. Well. This is a HEART BREAKING NEWS that’ shamsul Anwar is a BIG FRAUD.

His daughter was NOT AT ALL KIDNAPPED but left home on her own. She got married and back home, this was disclosed by the DSP in a press conference today. For details please check tomorrow’s news papers. I really appreciate all those who after reading his story tried to help him.

This is by Sherish who is a writer at Tribune and who covered him an year back said: “i also did a story on him last year and supported him alot. Every day he used to come to my office with new story, and sometimes he used to come with his wife and children and i never sent him back empty hand..i also collected money to get food items for him….i never shared this with anyone but now this man made me to disclose all this…..as he instead of being thankful to me tried to defame me….He also approached me to do a story on his daughter but i refused. This person has really made me to stop helping needy people through writing.”

This is another story by another person: “he sold her daughter last year to a tribe in Peshawar, they took her away. he talked to them to send her back and he will pay them but they said okay pay us, he raised money via this drama and then achanak hee hype mach gai, the whole social media knew about it and ansaar bruney got involved, and then today they got to know its a drama. police arrested him and they went to Peshawar for negotiation and a jirga took place and they said to marry the girl and send her back with her husband, she was married and sent back now police will be looking to help get the money back to donors”

Awab Alwi write: SAD: Its possible that the entire Shamsul Anwar & the 14 year old girl kidnapping issue “might” be a scam, at the moment I cant be sure due to conflicting reports

Someone needs to question the Father who is in Police custody & also question The News reporter “Shakeel Anjum” who wrote the detailed article in the first place > To figure out both ends to the chain link- so as who is to blame? Bottom line is we all must push for a detailed investigation

We all may have been emotionally hurt, but take solace in the fact that we stood together and we rallied like brave soldiers for a good cause, lets NOT give up hope in our power to bring about a positive change

A very experienced journalist after looking at the article by THE NEWS said: not just the reporter. newspapers job is to verify. it is ridiculous that a story containing a phone number, an appeal for money and a persons full details was allowed to run without verification. note: no police version was cited in the original story. it is against journalistic (or investigative) ethics.

I think this incident brought us a few things for us to think

- We as a nation and human are not really dead yet, we are still willing to provide to help and work as team if someone is in need
- But at the same time, we will forward and share anything we receive without even bothering to confirming,
- Our Media has zero credibility

Some are +ve and some are -ve, but we should learn from our mistakes. We should also stop blaming each other

It’s a moment, to cry maybe! We were so worried then got happy but what he did to the whole nation was a BIG FRAUD. This was a shameful act by him. He wasted our trust. I pray may Allah lead him to the straight path and yes we all are not Shamsul Anwar!

In January 2001, he averted a terrorist plot to blow up Jamia Masjid of Dhoke Gujran at Misrial Road, Rawalpindi where he caught the terrorist planting the bomb red-handed in the mosque’s basement and stopped him. 

5 years later, his two sons (aged 16 and 14) was kidnapped as revenge. The 16 year old was pushed through a sawing machine alive because his father could not pay the huge ransom being demanded. His second son (14 and also kidnapped) was forced to see his brother being sawed in to pieces. He was injected with intoxicating medicines that gave him blood cancer!

After a long pause, the captors contacted me on my mobile phone at 4 p.m. in the last week of November 2006 and said that I had cheated them and played smart against them, saying that as a reprimand, they are sending me the dead body of my son. They asked me to lift the remains of my son in a gunny bag from Shally Valley at Misrial Road. I took some neighbours with me without informing police, as police was not cooperating with me, and traced the gunny bag at about 9 p.m. lying in the low-lying area with a CD. He was my eldest son, 16-year-old Mohammad Yaseen Anwar who was slaughtered and cut into pieces. They also sent a video in which they captured the scenes of slaughtering and sawing. They put Yaseen alive on the saw-machine (wood-sawing machine) and sawed him into two pieces from middle of his head in front of my younger son 14-year-old Faizullah.

in 2011, Shamsul Anwar’s 14-year-old daughter, Madina Anwar, was kidnapped by the same band of inhuman terrorists who have given her father a deadline of January 12, 2012 to pay Rs1.8 million or else she will also be sent in pieces to her father like her brother was almost 6 years ago. 

Please help spread the word and awareness about this heinous and inhuman torture that a patriot and savior of this country is going through. He ‘fault’ being that he helped save lives and has been made to suffer - with little or no help from the government or authorities!

My Take: Our Police, courts and everything is useless. Just Junk. They cant help us, they will protect us. Huh!

• Ronaq e Qainat an NGO working in Islamabad and Pindi have also ventured to collect funds.
• Consensus is that no money should be transferred to Shamsul Anwar’s bank account directly.
• Ask friends to remove information about his contact and bank details from the public domain. If word of these efforts goes public, the kidnappers will raise the amount, or refuse to negotiate to bring it down. Plus it will encourage kidnappings for ransom that finance terrorism.
• Ansar Burney is involved in the negotiations now and we should let him deal with it, and support him, rather than try and be involved directly as private citizens.
• Welfare Dir at GHQ. They are coordinating efforts for Shams ul Anwar along with his unit 24 Balouch. 
• Friends please DO NOT CALL Shamsul Anwar, since his number was shared in The News article it has spread like wildfire, and in turn he has panicked at receiving too many calls, mostly by well wishers meaning well, but in all honesty he needs his PHONE FREE to actually receive the ALL IMPORTANT CALL from the kidnappers
• Also, There is an Update from Ansar Burney Trust: “No donations are needed for the time being. We are negotiating, please do not use my account or Shamsul Anwar’s account as this could hamper the recovery process. Also, please don’t call Shamsul Anwar as they’re waiting for the kidnappers call. However, please keep the money on standby in case it is needed but please do NOT make any transactions right now.”
• SHO Westridge CONFIRMS Madina has been recovered safely. She is the daughter of Shamsul Anwar who was kidnapped by terrorist. She is now free from their captivity. Alhamdulillah. Share it to let everyone know!
