3 Years. 1095 days. You’re so missed. Hassan Tanveer was a young friend of mine, was a great human inside out. Lost him this day 3 years back. Please keep him in your prayers. Love.
Pakistan’s flag showing the reality of whats happening inside it, how wounded it has becme due to all these sectarian violences.
Stop Sectarian Violence
Irfan Ali Khudi. He was killed in Quetta along more than 80 other muslims in Quetta. Just because he was a Shia.
This makes me so.. I dont know what to say. This is him shedding tears while talking to people about the Shia Genocide. He never knew what was coming to him. He will always be missed. Those tears shed wont go in vain, that blood shed wont go in vain.
Just today. 80 martyred so far, over 160 wounded in today’s Quetta blasts.
This can’t just let me sleep.
Irfan Ali - words betray me. A peace activist who worked day and night to better the condition of his community in particular, and the human race in general. Scores of work he has done. I met him in Islamabad at a conference. His talk from TEDxRawalLake will keep buzzing me in my head for the rest of my life. He said ‘we are not stupid’ and it is time to stop taking things for granted in the name of ‘kion k yeh Pakistan hai’.
He is no more today. Died in todays blast in Quetta. I share this picture proudly today in remembrance of a soldier for peace, who had a microphone not a gun in his hand. i cant really tell about the sadness I feel. Like I lost someone from my family. May Allah bless his soul.
Its so sad to hear that Cha Cha Pakistani passed away today at the age of 90. He was a great man and lived near my house. May his soul rest in peace.
LAHORE: Chacha Pakistani, the man who come rain or shine would reach the Wagah Border for the flag ceremony, passed away at the age of 90 on Sunday.
Devoted to Pakistan and a true patriot, Chacha Pakistani went to the border everyday adorned in his kurta made out of a flag of Pakistan.
He had this eccentricity, his nephew said, where he believed the flag of Pakistan should never touch the ground. They said he was almost scared of it happening.
290 dead now. They were not just 290 normal people but 290 bread-earners for their families. May God be with them and their Families.
